Orders & Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. US delivery typically takes another 3–7 business days after that. You'll get a tracking email the moment it ships — so you can obsessively check it, just like the rest of us.
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination, typically 10–20 business days. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. We know, we know. Not our rule.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page. If your tracking isn't updating, give it 24 hours — it sometimes takes a little time to get going.
We have a very short window to make changes once an order is placed. Contact us at hello@dramasupplyco.com within 12 hours and we'll do our best. After that, it's already in production.
Sizing & Fit
Our tees are a classic unisex fit — slightly relaxed without being boxy. Most people find them true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, size up. Check our Size Guide for exact measurements.
Yes — most designs are available from XS through 3XL. Size availability varies by colorway. If you don't see your size on a specific design, reach out and we'll check availability for you.
Print Quality & Care
We take print quality seriously — every design goes through a quality check before it reaches you. With proper care, prints stay vibrant for years. The key: wash inside out, cold water, no bleach, tumble dry low. Treat it like the premium piece it is.
Turn it inside out. Cold wash. Gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean. Be gentle and it'll last forever — unlike most dramatic relationships.
Returns & Exchanges
We don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing — so please check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, we will replace it or refund it immediately. Send us a photo at hello@dramasupplyco.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it.
That should never happen and we're sorry it did. Email us at hello@dramasupplyco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get a replacement out to you or issue a full refund. No drama (well, a little).
