How to report an issue

Email us within 7 days of delivery
Send your issue to support@dramasupplyco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for a resolution.

Include your order number and a photo
A clear photo of the issue helps us resolve things faster. Include your order number in the subject line — it speeds everything up on our end.

We'll sort it — fast
We'll review your case and get back to you within 24 hours. If your claim is approved, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Common Questions
Once approved, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
We don't offer size exchanges — each item is made specifically for your order. If you're unsure about sizing, check our Size Guide or email us before placing your order. We're happy to help you pick the right size.
In most cases, no. For damaged or defective items we typically don't require a return — a photo is enough. If we do need the item back in your specific case, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, email us and we'll open an investigation with the courier. If the order is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
