Our Story
Born from a very specific kind of frustration.
It started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find a shirt that actually gets it?
Not a generic "I love my culture" tee with clip art. Not a fast fashion knockoff with a vague curry joke. Something real. Something that made you laugh because it was too accurate. Something worth wearing — made from fabric that actually felt good. Something your cousin would ask you about at the next family function.
Drama Supply Co. started because that shirt didn't exist. So we made it.
"We're not making shirts about being South Asian. We're making shirts about the specific, ridiculous, beautiful experience of actually living it."
Every design starts the same way — a moment, an observation, something that made us say "wait, everyone goes through this." The Sharma Ji comparison. The annual appraisal trauma. The family WhatsApp group that never sleeps. The Maggi that was never actually 2 minutes. These aren't just references. They're shared memories dressed up as streetwear.
We obsess over the details. The weight of the fabric. The sharpness of the print. The way it washes after 50 cycles. Because if you're spending real money on a shirt, it should still look great the hundredth time you wear it.
Every single one sampled, tested, and approved before it reached you.
No boring shirts. Ever. If a design doesn't make someone laugh or feel something, it doesn't ship.
We're just getting started. New drops every month, built from the same shared universe.
Drama Supply Co. is for the South Asian diaspora — wherever you are in the world. Whether you grew up in Delhi or Detroit, whether you're first generation or fifth, whether you still eat Maggi at midnight or have strong opinions about which city makes better biryani — this brand is for you.
We're building something with longevity. A brand that earns its place in your wardrobe because the quality is real and the references never get old.
Thanks for being here early.
