We currently ship within the United States only. Every order is made with care before it ships — here's what to expect from checkout to your door.

Every order goes into production within 1–2 business days of being placed.
US Shipping
3–7 days
Standard shipping across the contiguous United States. Most orders arrive within 10 days total.

You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships. Follow it on our tracking page.
Total estimate
5–12 days
From the day you place your order to the day it lands at your door.
Ordering for a special occasion? Place your order at least 14 days in advance to be safe. We always ship on time — but once it's with the courier, delays are outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be shown at checkout.

Tracking sometimes goes quiet for 2–3 days while packages move between facilities. Give it another 48–72 hours. If it still hasn't moved, email us at hello@dramasupplyco.com and we'll look into it.
First — check around your building, with neighbours, or at a nearby pickup point. Couriers sometimes mark deliveries a little early. If it's been 48 hours and it's nowhere to be found, email us at hello@dramasupplyco.com and we'll work with the courier to track it down.
